Karen Starr DC Comics They met while bonding over cats. Karen's gotten the full dose of Time Lord weirdness and they still remained friends, so she's aces in his book.	Aerith Final Fantasy The last of her kind. Really, someone so nice and so fun to be with doesn't deserve to deal with that sort of loneliness, so the Doctor's offered himself up as a good friend as well as someone she can talk to with regards to all that pain.
